Charities We Support

Nisim International is proud to support the following charitable organizations:
NAAF - National Alopecia Areata Foundation.® We have been donating on an annual basis to the NAAF® for over 8 years. Our donations are specifically aimed and childrens programs.
DRI -Direct Relief International ®
We just donated $5,000.00 in cash and about the same amount in free product to Haiti to assist in the relief efforts there. We dontated over $100,000.00 worth of shampoo in 2005 and 2006 to aid the Tsunami victims and also Hurricane Katrina. We have provided on going supplies for use in other local causes.
We are currently donating to DRI to support the people of Haiti.


LGFB-Look Good Feel Better®. Nisim International a private hair care manufacturing company located outside of Toronto Canada recently donated over $200,000.00 in product to the Look Good Feel Better® program. Look Good Feel Better is a program created by CCTFA - Canadian Cosmetic Toiletry and Fragrance association.

The Look Good Feel Better® Program is a national non-profit program committed to helping women manage the appearance related effects of cancer and its treatment. By taking control of how they look, using cosmetics and hair alternatives, women with cancer can strengthen the positive attitude that is so important in cancer treatment -- and feel better about themselves.

The cornerstone of the program is the free 2-hour workshop where women learn make-up tips and hair alternatives and go home with a complimentary kit of cosmetics and personal care products. Offered in 100 hospital and cancer care facilities, the hands-on, step-by-step workshop is led by industry trained cosmeticians and hair alternatives specialists.

Nisim® made a contribution to the program of over $200,000.00 worth of shampoo and hair and scalp extract.

Look Good Feel Better® is a program of the Canadian Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association Foundation.

Nisim International has a history of giving back to the community especially in areas where their unique products can be used.

We also support Locks of Love and Angel Hair for Kids. We donate $1.00 for every inch of hair one of our customers donates to these charities.

We support many other charities and organizations including several women's shelters, Ducks Unlimited® - DU, Trout Unlimited® - TU, and Fishing Forever® -FFF, Shaw Festival® SFA
